Cloud Computing Pros and Cons
Cloud Computing Pros and Cons - Talking about Cloud, it is the design of a large interconnected network of servers that are designed to deliver computer resources. And there is no real idea of where the data is coming from and where it is going. If I say in a simple language, if a user uses it, then he will feel that he is using a vast formless computing power in which the user can do everything from his email to the mapping of the mobile application according to his need.
There is nothing like saying "The Cloud" in the language of business. Cloud Computing is a collection of licensed service that is provided by different vendors.
If someone provides a service through the Internet then it is called Cloud Computing. Or so, Cloud Computing is a computing style that provides massively scalable and flexible IT-related capabilities as a service with the help of Internet Technologies. In this, users use services according to their need and pay the same amount of services they use. For this, they do not need to build their own infrastructure.
There is a lot of competition in the world nowadays and in such a way, people should be served on the Internet at all times without any delay. If an application is ever frozen, there is a lot of dissatisfaction among people. People need their 24/7 service To meet these requirements, we can not emphasize the old mainframe computing so that people used Cloud distributed computing technology to solve the same problem.
For example, Facebook, which has 757 million active users, who see nearly 2 million photos daily, photos of 3 billion are uploaded every month; 1 million websites use Facebook to make 50 million operations per second. In such a way, the traditional computing system cannot solve these problems, but we need something better that can do this work. Therefore, Cloud Distributed Computing is required only to do such computing at this time.
Self-service provisioning: End users can do any work that they need most according to their needs. It requires a traditional requirement from IT administrators, who previously manage and provision your computer resources.
Elasticity: Companies can grow and earn by computing their need according to their needs. It benefits from the fact that the first such investment was seen on local infrastructure like that, now it is closed altogether, which gives companies a great advantage.
Pay per use: Compute resources are measured at the granular level. So that users have to pay only the resources and workloads they use.
Workload resilience: Cloud Service providers often use redundant resources to obtain resilient storage and with that, they can carry on the important work of users, which are indigenous in multi-global regions.
Migration Flexibility: The organization can transfer some workload from one cloud platform to another according to its needs, which also saves money without any problem and automatically.
In 1990, Salesforce successfully implemented the first commercially enterprise SaaS. After that in 2002, AWS did, which provided many services like online storage, machine learning, computation. Today there are many small providers like Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, which are available with the AWS, providing cloud-based service to other individuals, small businesses and global enterprises.
1) Goals
If I talk about Distributed Computing, it provides collaborative resource sharing, connecting with other users and resources.
Cloud Computing Advantages & disadvantages
Advantages of Cloud Computing
1. Unlimited storage capacity:
On cloud computing we get the same facility, we can store unlimited data. We can take cloud storage as per our data capacities.
2. Worldwide 24 * 7 Access:
We can access the store file, the software on the cloud, from any corner of the world. We can access the save file on the cloud whenever we want, as it is available 24 * 7 hours.
3. Lower cost software's:
We do not need to pack the software on the cloud, which we can take on the rental for the amount of time the software is about to take so that we get it at a lower cost.
4. Easy to Setup:
There is no need for technical knowledge to set up the cloud, just go to the cloud site and create our account and it's all done.
5. Trusted companies are available:
Cloud service is a very trustworthy and good company that provides cloud service at good prices, like Google, Amazon
6. Rent according to your need:
According to your need, you can take the cloud service for as long as you want. If you need the cloud for an hour or two, then we can take it for one, two hours on rent.
7. Easy Backup & Restore:
Once we have stored a file and data on the cloud, then we can access, backup, and restore it.
Cloud computing also has some disadvantages, which is something like this,
1. Internet Connection required:
So this is a big disadvantage we can say. Applications placed on the cloud, we need internet to access the file.
2. High-Speed Internet Required:
There is an internet connection, but even if speed is slow, we can not access the cloud. Requires high-speed internet connection.

History of Cloud Computing
If we talk about Cloud computing, it was born in the 1960s. When the computer industry assumed computing according to its potential benefits according to a service income utility. But earlier there was lack of both computing, connectivity and bandwidth so that it was not possible to implant the computing according to a utility. This was not possible until the availability of Internet bandwidth in a big way until the 1990s. After that, it is possible to think of computing as a service.
